They captured all the right moments without us really even feeling they were there. I’ve never felt so comfortable being photographed and directed but Lenaig is a master at her craft. You can trust in her talents and vision. Our highlight video was everything we expected and then some. John is also a master at his craft and an excellent drone operator. I literally can’t wait to watch it for the rest of my life and feel like I’m right back in the magic of Mt. Rainier. Like most weddings and elopements in 2020 and 2021, ours fell during the busiest wedding season (probably ever) and John and Lenaig powered through to deliver our photos and video in a timely manner. There were a couple delays here and there but between their open communication and updates and our desire to give them the freedom to deliver their best un- rushed work- we have zero complaints about them and the final products delivered. John and Lenaig offered some suggestions since we aren’t from the PNW and we trusted them. If you’re looking for an absolutely amazing videographer and photographer who are also LGBTQ+ friendly they are the vendor to pick. Their prices are extremely reasonable for the quality of product you’ll receive. We absolutely love them and are forever grateful that they were the directors in capturing our magical moment.

She has such a talent for utilizing her environment, and got some gorgeous shots of us in and around our venue (even with all the traffic on the street outside)! John’s video was absolutely gorgeous, and I am so glad we also hired him for a ceremony video. Thank goodness for his separate audio, our venue’s ceremony microphone did not work but we have the flawless audio of our ceremony and vows recorded thanks to him! ful photos so when we got engaged and decided to do a elopement ceremony we knew we'd want a photographer there to document it and thought of them immediately. We reached out to them in August about a small elopement in October on Cannon Beach in Oregon and heard back from Lenaig within 24hrs and quickly began discussing our plans. We met over Zoom and began working together on a plan that fit our budget and what we were hoping for and they were flexible and very accomodating. Throughout the two months between booking Weiss Photo & Film and getting married, Lenaig checked in with us to discuss details about the setting, weather prep, and even helped us with Zooming our family in for the ceremony. We had the opportunity to meet up the night before the wedding and had a great time getting to know Lenaig and John, which made us feel so comfortable taking photos with them the following day. On the day of, Lenaig and John scouted out the location as we got ready and were so flexible and ready to be adventurous with us. We began taking photos an hour before the ceremony and neither of them were afraid to get a little wet and sandy which was fun for us as we explored the natural beauty at Hug Point State Park. They captured emotional photographs of our ceremony, of us virtually chatting with our family afterwards, and around the area in the other spots we hoped to get photos for another two hours. We received appx. 35-40 preview photos by the next afternoon and received our full gallery about two weeks later. The photos are beautiful and so special to us. We are so glad that we were able to work with Lenaig and John to remember this lovely day and would absolutely recommend them to everyone.

d19, and decided to elope in the mountains in July. Having planned the whole wedding on the east coast, we found them with only a few weeks notice, and they made it happen with us. We even changed the venue on them a day before (had to avoid the rain of course), and they rolled with it. From joining us on an early ferry ride, to mountain top first looks, to capturing a small ceremony by the lake, and even busting out the drone while we were kayaking... they helped us make our day so special, and capture it for all of our would-be guests that couldn't join us for the elopement. They are a warm, friendly, creative, wonderful team. They made the whole day playful and fun, and the final delivery was quick and easy, not to mention a perfect reflection of our magical day. THANK YOU BOTH! We feel so lucky have found you in the middle of this horrible pandemic. Thank you for being both professional and respectful under the strange circumstances, while fun and playful to help us capture the day for our families and friends who couldn't be with us. to elope to the courthouse and then take our wedding pictures on our honeymoon 9months later, in Scotland in the middle of winter. When we contacted Lenaig to see if she would be interested, she was absolutely thrilled at the prospect. For the next many months her emails constantly were filled with excitement and focused on making sure she created moments that will forever be our best memories ever. Even after only I meeting her over tea once a few months before, she and John were fantastic and had the best personalities where we all became instant friends the day before we were suppose to take pictures. My husband and I didn't do much research to where we would take pictures because we still wanted to relax and enjoy our honeymoon. So Lenaig and John researched and scouted out some areas. They even drove us around to the areas we took pictures at. They respected our wishes when we said no to some areas and then added some other areas. Both of them were incredibly accommodating and were amazing on thinking on their feet to make sure we are comfortable, having fun, and still getting great pictures. I mean it was 30 degrees with the occasional sprinkle of rain while I was only in a wedding dress, so the care they took to make sure I wasn't freezing to death and still having fun, which is something I am forever grateful for. My husband and I both truly enjoyed this experience and not once did we stress or feel uncomfortable and we really owe it them for the being the best people ever. The pictures themselves have turned out beautifully! Lenaig is truly talented in taking pictures and editing. We honestly could not have been more lucky with her. My husband and I had the greatest time taking pictures and we will for sure rehiring Lenaig and John again if we ever need pictures! IN OTHER WORDS HIRE HER!!!!

My Husband and I had an intimate wedding on the coast and Lenaig and John were sooo willing to go with the flow of the day. Ya'll, we're talking loose plans and LOTS of happy accidents! These two were absolutely chill the whole entire time. Lenaig was also always there to help out with any questions I had and to bounce ideas off of leading up to the wedding. As far as the end product...well...we absolutely LOVE our wedding photos (helloooo forever phone backgrounds and fb profile pictures!) and video! If you're on the fence about adding video to your package my word of advice is just figure it out and DO IT. I know it's an extra expense but DANG, our family and friends who couldn't be there truly loved being able to still see our day. And I can't wait to be able to look back on our wedding day through both photos and especially video for years to come and to get to share it with all the new friends and family that will enter our lives. Our photo AND video are without a doubt the BEST investment we made for our day. These two truly felt like part of the family on our wedding day and I cannot imagine having had anyone else there with us. If we did it again, we'd change a lot but these two would definitely be staying put. Lenaig & John, you two really are the best!

It was great to have a moment to meet with them before hand and get to know them individually. During our wedding day, John was able to just show up, work with our coordinator, and capture what he needed. We waited in anticipation over the past few months and the videos were worth every moment we waited. His work is incredible, and he captured all the different parts of our days we didnt get a moment to see ourselves. just really nice to have her around. The thing that I love most about Lenaig's style, is that she lets you be yourself and then does an amazing job of just capturing you and your significant other. Not only does she just capture you and your S.O, somehow she's also able to capture the whole feel of the evening, and the guests, the joy, the fun, the memories. Even on a rainy wedding day, like ours, she makes the rain look beautiful and manages to turn our stunning shots. And then she gets your album back to you so quickly, and it's impossible to choose even a handful of photos to print because they're seriously all incredible. So you end up sharing your whole album with all your guests - and it's just a really nice thing to be able to relive such a happy time. Seriously, don't hesitate to book Lenaig. Our engagement session she helped make as authentic and fun as we wanted and she was great with our dogs. She leaned in to our quirky sense of humor and got us exactly the shots we were hoping for. As far as the wedding I can't say enough positive things about Lenaig and her whole team. We went with the video package as well as a second shooter and I couldn't be happier with that decision. When you can get amazing shots of the groom's AND bride's face during the first look, and up close and personal shots of the bridal party while simultaneously getting the big shots of the ceremony you'll get exactly why it's beyond worth having. Not only that but I found her services affordable especially for the high quality, her email responses prompt, and her patience with my crazy family amazing. 100/10 would highly recommend.

tory short I am a bride abroad and so our photoshoot was in Paris, France. Lenaig and John met us super early on Saturday in Paris, (up for adventure if anyone is looking for an abroad photoshoot!), just as the sun was rising around 7:30 AM. We shot for almost 4 hours all over the city. Of course my partner Stefan and I were a little nervous and awkward with posing at first, but ladies and gentlemen, Lenaig is just a pure pro! She made us feel instantly comfortable, posed us but also made us feel like US. A real talent. Not only did our photos turn out breath taking (even caught a few of Notre Dame just weeks before the fire) her and John were so much fun to be around!For all my PNW people, Lenaig has great connections and understandings of the wedding community if you have any questions outside of photography.
